HydroJet In-Line Cleaner

HydroJet ® In-line cleaning system was the first In-line cleaner introducing the current standard of coherent jet technology to clean under tightly spaced components.

Austin American’s HydroJet ® Cleaner is equipped with a patented displacement drying system which minimizes energy consumption and ionic residues left on boards and provides the fastest drying performance available.

ExtremeJet In-Line Cleaner

The ExtremeJet ® design is based on proven effective and efficient design developed in our Jet In-line cleaning series.

In keeping with AAT’s innovative design, the ExtremeJet ® includes its advanced dual cleaning technology and new air curtain isolation. The dual action spray bars combine coherent spray jets that use high impingement energy to clean tough areas and flooding jets to give the highest performance with variable board geometries to create the ultimate cleaning experience. AAT has also added 4 new air curtain isolation cells with coherent jet technology to cut chemistry consumption by reducing drag out, improving DI closed-loop bed life, and speeding up the process.

MicroJet In-Line Cleaner

The Austin American Technology’s MicroJet EC® in-line cleaning system includes the current standard of coherent jet technology to clean under tightly spaced components.

The MicroJet EC® is a fully capable water only in-line cleaner including pre-wash, power wash, final rinse and displacement drying. Austin American’s MicroJet® Cleaner is equipped with a patented displacement drying system which minimizes energy consumption and ionic residues left on boards and provides the fastest drying performance available.

NanoJet In-Line Cleaner

The NanoJet™ from Austin American Technology combines recent advancements made in conveyor driven cleaning systems into the world’s smallest, fully capable, In-line cleaner. Rapid and thorough cleaning and drying is accomplished in the NanoJet  utilizing PED fluid jets for high impact cleaning and patented high velocity displacement drying jets.
